Futurum Group – Pre-Launch Status Report
This updated report reflects the current state of the Futurum Group multi-SKU engagement as of 10/2/2025. All video assets have now been delivered, and campaigns are set up and pending client approval. Infrastructure is complete, and all remaining dependencies are final approvals, pixel placement, and calendar confirmations.
The document tracks completed work, hours, and external hard costs. I have included a Gantt chart is included at the end for visual clarity of the timeline and dependencies.
Contracting & Setup Timeline
  • July 22–31, 2025: SOW finalized; business data captured for vendor onboarding.
  • Aug 1–5, 2025: Accounting setup completed; vendor profile confirmed.
  • Aug 6, 2025: First invoice issued (50% upfront per split invoicing).
  • Aug 15–Sept 10, 2025: Payment pending; launch activities limited to infrastructure procurement and warm-up prep.
  • Sept 10, 2025: Upfront payment received (QuickBooks); full-scale setup greenlit.
